(a) These terms and conditions apply to any communication between you and Fingathing or individual band members and incorporate the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website and to the Privacy Policy. All references in these terms and conditions: to the “Website” refer to this website; to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fingathing; to “you” and “your” refer to you, the fan; to “Communication Content” refer to the text, photographs and other material contained in communications between you and the Fingathing or individual members of the band.
(a) Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By communicating with Fingathing or individual members of the band you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions whether or not you choose to register with us. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and recommend that you review them regularly.
(b) You are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. You must not do the following things: Post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it; post material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others; post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another party; post sexually-explicit material; post chain letters or impersonate another person.

By posting communications to Fingathing you automatically grant Fingathing a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication alone or as part of other works in any form.
(c) Fingathing does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any of communications posted by it. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by Fingathing will be at your own risk.
(a) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur within your account. Fingathing shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
